Founded in 2003, the Terras Sem Sombra Festival rewards cultural decentralization, the formation of new audiences, inclusion, sustainability and the irradiation of Alentejo. With concerts scheduled in important historic churches of Beja' Diocese, the Festival aims to build bridges between the built heritage and religious music, and disseminate the most interesting aspects and genuine landscape and biodiversity.
An international quality programming includes - in addition to the concerts - thematic conferences, guided tours and artistic pedagogy actions. The enhancement of natural resources is another priority: each performance is associated with one action for biodiversity, with the participation of artists, public and communities with shoulder to shoulder.

In this context, we will conduct a walking tour in search of the biodiversity associated with temporary ponds in Malhão, Vila Nova de Milfontes. The meeting point is in Porto das Barcas at 10am.
