Amphibians are one of the groups most associated living beings to temporary ponds. They have more a nocturnal activity to protect themselves from the sun and from predators. Therefore, we will go for a walk in the moonlight with Edgar Gomes, a biologist to discover the amphibians in the surroundings of temporary ponds.

On May 21st is the Day of Natura 2000, on 22nd is World Biodiversity Day, thus on the 23rd (Saturday), we will celebrate these dates by looking for amphibians. One of the most important helpers that human kind has!

Time: from 9pm to 11pm

Note: all participants must make registration and should use comfortable clothes and shoes, preferably waterproof because the temporary pond may still be flooded.
